I asked Su to create some 'thank you' cards for my business so I could send them to clients and those who refer me. She created some lovely little cards that did just the trick. In addition, she produced some Christmas cards. As a marketing company I need to create something a little different - she reviewed my existing branding and created some different design concepts. We reviewed these and selected one that we preferred and added a few edits. We approved the final design and a week later the cards were delivered. But not just delivered - they arrived in a box wrapped in paper with a bow on the top! The kids thought Christmas had come early! What a lovely enhancement to the customer experience.
